Sadaf Kobari has been a professional architect since 1980. She began painting at a very young age. She has been continuing her practice in abstract paintings under Nosratollah Moslemian guidance since 2011. The main inspiration for her artworks is the glory of ever-changing nature.
She turns her mindful vision of nature into abstract images, each focusing on a specific color spectrum and overlapping brush strokes. “Change” as a characteristic of nature is a very interesting subject that leads us towards self-recognition and self-awareness. Sadaf’s paintings are not simple reflective illustrations of nature, but they represent humans’ footprints in nature formed by the repeated integration of monochromatic and two dimensional geometric elements in her paintings.
